I need support for one of your themes. Can I get in touch?
I get a lot of support requests for my themes, and unfortunately, I don’t have the time to reply to all (or most) of them. I would recommend you to post your question to the official WordPress.org forums instead.
Is there any documentation available for your themes?
All of my themes have a readme.txt file which describes the functionality specific to that theme. You’ll find it in the theme folder. If you’re looking for general information on how to use WordPress, I’d recommend you to check out the Where to Start article in the WordPress Codex.
I have a suggestion for one of your themes. How should I send it to you?
Awesome! Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, and I’ll take a look at it.
The WordPress.org versions are developed and maintained by me, whereas the versions on WordPress.com are developed by Automattic (who own and operate WordPress.com). That means that there are some differences in styling and functionality between the versions.
Are you going to port your WordPress themes to other content management systems?
Not in the forseeable future, no. But since all of my themes are released under the GPL license, you’re totally free to rerelease any of them for whatever CMS you’d like to. I’d love to see a Jekyll version of Rams.
I have an idea that will make you a bunch of money from your free WordPress themes! Interested?
Probably not, no. But feel free to get in touch just in case.
I need some modifications made for one of your themes. Are you available for freelance work?
I might be, depending on how extensive the changes are and how scary my calendar looks. Send an email to email@example.com with a description of what you’re looking for, and I’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
I need to get in touch with someone who uses one of your themes. Do you have a way to do that?
No. I don’t have contact information for anyone who uses my themes, and I don’t have any control over what content they publish. If you spot someone using your content without your permission, and it says ”Theme by Anders Norén” in the footer, don’t send your invoices or cease and desist letters to me.
